Warranty

We care about our products and naturally do the utmost to deliver them in the best condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order gets damaged during transport or something else happens that entitles you to claim the guarantee. That means you have the right to receive a new product or a full refund.

Under European law, we are liable for any defect in conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of a product. Under Dutch law, it works a bit differently. If you discover a defect in one of our products, you must contact us within six months after delivery, but preferably as soon as possible.
